Can you help with my book?

Hi all, non-Fulham fan coming in peace.

I have written a novel (as yet unpublished) based in the world of football, and a small part of it takes place at Craven Cottage.

I've been to the ground but that was ages ago. I'd like to be sure that I'm not misrepresenting it and so was wondering if anyone would mind having a quick read of the manuscript's relevant chapters and letting me know whether I've got anything wrong?

It's only three short chapters, 11 pages in a Word doc I've attached here.

Many thanks in advance!

Being as kind as possible if novel writing is not your day job I would not give it up.  As far as accuracy is concerned is concerned I cannot see any problem except if you had a legitimate reason to go into the Cottage they would probably let you in with an escort and since we have been in the Championship it has been easy to get a ticket anywhere in the ground.

Glossing over BP's unsolicited attack, there's nothing hugely inaccurate. I disagree that they would let you into the cottage with an escort. How the hell could they verify whether your reason was "legitimate" or not?

I'm pretty sure you only get those tickets by fucking one of three players or the owner.

Edit: he is right about the ease of getting a regular ticket now though.
