Give Nosy The Job
#31
I think it might be a bit too early for Parker. I think he would be OK, but I don't know if he would actually get us promoted.

Even Fat Frank's Derby County look like they might miss out, so it takes more than just being a name to make it in that division.

I'd prefer us to pick one of the up and coming Championship managers that has had a couple of years in the division. That is what Villa have done this year by taking Brentford's old manager, and they have had a decent return. Maybe that bloke at Bristol City might be good. Give him some decent players and I bet he could get a team promoted.

No average manager could ever pull that off

I feel that Parker at this point is a continuation of what Slav did, as he was a major influence....

Slav was 10 X the manager that washed up stubborn old  Italian mule could ever be

BP said we’d all end up loving him come the end of the season, Woody also said the same if I remember right
Best this week!! Top marks!!  Big Grin
I still say give Parker job he will surprise most of you as his knowledge of modern players will give him such an advantage.

Confused Beepee, predictions are not one of your strong points. Please reconsider.

Nosy does have more coaching and club experience than Fat Frank though and it would be a miracle if the stats team could give an unfamiliar manager decent players.

I believe good things will happen to Fulham that is why I am always wrong.  Supporting Fulham is like hitting yourself over the head each day with a cricket bat.

If Parker had taken over from the Serb how different it could have been. I think we would be mid table now looking up rather than down.

I am not sure we have won three games in a row in the Premier League very often.

Give Parker a chance as we cannot afford the really good managers so we would just be landed with another useless old scroat.

how Could you not offer him the job at this point in time ?

Still Wolves away is the next test, let’s see how that works out

Just Goes to prove how much of a notoriously shit appointment Rannierri was, did he get Roma relegated as of yet ?

Wolves are in form. Having said that so were Bournemouth and Everton. Nosey has definitely transformed us. I hope we don't take a hammering as I'd love to see him get a chance. Keep Stuart Gray and I don't see why we can't get top 2 next season unless Tony fucks up the transfer window.
