It's a far cry from CR's football madness.

It is also a lot better than the crazy football we played under Joka where defence dd not seem to matter.

You still don't get 'Joka's' style of play, do you? Parker is playing Joka's style of football; as time goes on, it will look more and more like 'Joka's style' as the players get an understanding.

Joka played a dangerously high line which constantly left our defence isolated from the midfield to any ball in the gap between them and any giving the ball away in our half was disastrous. With the crap players an managers in the Championship we were not caught out that often but the astronomically better players and managers in the PL quickly took advantage of that weakness.  Parker is playing a passing game but when they can the ball is getting forward much quicker and the midfield and defence is in much closer.  Parker is using a passing style but leaving out Joka's suicidal tenancies that got him sacked.

I'm fully aware that pointing out that in SJ's first three games and Nosy's last three games the average positioning of defence, midfield and forwards is more than similar is an utter waste of keyboard time but hey, there you go.

You still don't get it; what do you think 'Joka' was working towards? Actually don't answer; trying to communicate with you is like talking to an 'amoeba', that is a very bad thing.  Big Grin

I cannot explain it anymore clearly I suggest you go back to school assuming you have ever been in the first place.

Of course you can't, perhaps it's because your 'argument' is founded on the sand of incomplete (selective?) analysis.

A give up as you cannot beat fanatics as logic fails them.

100% yes. Given the right backing he won't do any worse than any other manager out there. He deserves a chance.
