More significantly the anniversary of Shakespeare's birth and death. He was a real person.

St George never came to the UK and when he was not here he did not kill a dragon as they have never existed.

Not necessarily true.....he MIGHT HAVE visited England...and COULD HAVE killed a KOMODO DRAGON at a Zoo he MIGHT HAVE visited during his sojourn here....
