Not many caretaker managers get this award.

Fair play to him, he has  returned to Slav's brand of football and it has started to pay off

He has. Wonder why we're not conceding 4/5 every game though? That down to him, Gray, the players?

I'm sure Gray has had an impact on them although it's probably a combination of him and Nosy returning the team to a system they're more comfortable with having learned how not to do it
