BDR thinks he might be fit for Friday but it is touch and go. No news on Kamara but that looked a much longer job, you do not normally get lifted off that way for a minor injury.

AK is stll under intensive therapy. His councillors say he is progressing well and they hope to allow him to use sharp implements without supervision from a responsible adult soon.

Not sure about BDR

The only downside to the Whites’ 3-0 victory over Derby County on Tuesday was the forced withdrawal of Aboubakar Kamara and Bobby Decordova-Reid.

They joined several other players on the treatment table, and Parker will make a late decision on the duo going into our match at the Liberty Stadium.

“We’d been fortunate to have not picked up too many injuries, but we’ve picked up a few over the last two weeks,” he explained.

“The two boys who came off on Tuesday, we’re going to call it as late as we can with them and see where we are. They are both minor [injuries] but we just need to see where we are Friday morning regarding them.

“Steven Sessegnon is back in training now and hopefully he plays on Friday night for the Under-23s to get some minutes. Harry Arter’s not too far off it either to be fair, he’s going the right way but this game’s too early for him still.”
